I spent 4 nights at the Sheraton in Durham for a business trip. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The front desk staff was friendly and responsive, which I appreciated. The breakfast buffet stood out. the egg and waffle station offered great value. I loved that there was convenient shuttle service to get around. On the downside, the common areas felt a bit dated, and one elevator was out of service, which could be a hassle during busy times. Also, I noticed some noise from the nearby elevator during the night, making it harder to sleep soundly. Overall, it met my needs for a work trip, but a few updates would elevate the experience.

Lastly, none of the hot water worked during my stay, which honestly had me wishing for a quick shower in the Falcon instead.
